• (2016-06-23) Better UI than previous, but has a few key issues. Causes NetSuite & Gmail to crash often. Slows down NetSuite. Popups don't close e.g. when adding a contact against a Customer in NetSuite the contact popup remains open but blank and the NetSuite customer isn't refreshed automatically with the new contact.
• (2016-04-15) Robert Buchko: Good extension. The ability to limit searches to specific record types is key. Does not play nicely with the right-side chat plugin, which has caused a lot of anguish for my users. Fix that and you have 5 stars from me.

On the saved search form, click the "Email" tab, check "Send According to Schedule", choose an email address on the "Specific Recipients" subtab and a recurrence pattern on the "Schedule" subtab.

  When refreshing the gmail screen, the entire extension reloads; resulting in having to wait for it to initialize again. I would like to see the ability to pin/lock down the CloudExtend section or having it launch minimized.
