I create this for myself because I often scroll up to the top of the website I visited. So I think this extension will be useful for other people.

- (2018-08-24) Sean Shaffer: Works perfectly. The location of the buttons is very convenient and practical. It is good that the buttons are a bright color. I was using a similar extension and on dark pages, you could not see the scroll buttons. I wish there were an options setting to change the color of the button.
