Ultimate blocker which says no to every network packet until you explicitly allow it.
By default Domain Whitelist blocks everything. Everything. It's up to you to build your very customized whitelist of domains you trust. Everything else is blocked and well kept out of your browser.
It's like AdBlock the other way around, completely.

- (2019-10-31) D Mvra: It works well when it works, but it can require some trial and error to whitelist certain sites. For example, adding "youtube.com" to the whitelist will not whitelist youtube; instead, you have to whitelist www.youtube.com. Comparing the blocked requests list against the whitelist can help to determine what to change.
- (2019-06-10) Paweł Chojnacki: This is the best thing that happened to me since deleting social media accounts. This extensions saves me so many minutes every day :) I stopped web browsing altogether. Now I just use internet to check mail, work related stuff and some shopping :).
- (2018-07-02) Ray J: Excellent extension. It's a domain based firewall for Chrome. I'd much rather white-list allowed sites than go to one website which tries to connect to 10 others. It does need some other updates to make it perfect. - Temp allow website for X minutes. - Allow option to add site, select options etc inside of Chrome, when the page is blocked. - Allow searching through any and all lists (white-list, allowed, blocked) - Clear only white-list or blocked, right now it clears only both. Excellent work! It's in my must haves
- (2018-04-20) Will Chan: Very nice GUI. The deal breaker is that the whitelist is not sync to other device. I still use it to collect visited domains and use it on other whitelist extentsion. Hope the developer can add whitelist sync function to it. It will be a 5 star ext. easy. Also add password protection to setting.
- (2018-04-13) Khanh Nguyen: brilliant it simply safer and easier to block everything and just keep sites you know that are safe in the list
- (2017-08-17) Franz J. Schafer: Excellent feature set except for: 1.) Block and Allow buttons in the GUI do not respond to clicks or the response is slow. I have to go into the options to whitelist something. 2.) No on page Bypass setting. 3.) No Google Chrome Sync or list backup. I know Copy and Paste right?
- (2017-02-13) dalbocha: Easy to use. Web sites are loaded with a speed of light. Needs some time for configuration in the beginning but after that just works.
- (2016-11-27) Shreevatsa R: I found this extension after using the Domain Blocker extension earlier (also by the same developer), and like that one, this is a wonderful extension. Beautiful design, a joy to use, fast, and informative. I feel like I've manually whitelisted half the internet by now :-), but all the extra clicking has been worth it, to know all the sites to which my browser isn't sending any requests. If this extension was open-sourced I feel like other developers could learn a lot from it. But of course that's the developer's decision; providing an extension like this for free and without ads is already a great service!
- (2016-11-12) Игорь Гоша: good lite alternative to adblocks
- (2016-11-02) no name: For some reason, pattern "data.*" matches domains like "willsellyourprivatedata.com"
- (2016-10-12) Saša Vukelić: Almost perfect! Only 3 small things are missing: -(this is most important for usability) adding wildcards directly. e.g. if i open imgur.com, there should exist an option to add (with just one click) a rule *.imgur.com -- this could be an additional button or icon next the address -option to show a wider menu when clicking on the icon, where addresses would be displayed in one row, and the icons would be on the right side of the address (instead of below) this option would show a clearer overview of all addresses -button (next to refresh) to refresh the page while temporarily disabling all filtering
- (2016-09-13) CheapsKate: simple and easy to use has solved all my issues with unwanted pages and tabs opening
- (2016-06-05) Simon Schmid: Takes a few clicks at the beginning, but then it gets very effective. (Don't forget to use as many wildcards [*] as possible in your filter!)
