Open in Instapaper Text
Open pages in Instapaper Text via the toolbar icon, keyboard shortcut, or right clicking links.
Replaces the "Instapaper Text" bookmarklet with an icon in the Chrome toolbar, PLUS:
• Right click links to open them faster in Instapaper Text without loading the original page first.
• Assign a keyboard shortcut, and hide the toolbar icon if desired.
*Important Notes*
• "Instapaper Text" does not add pages to your Instapaper account automatically, it only opens them in a clean, easy to read format.
• Once loaded, you can "Save to Instapaper", go to your account, and adjust text formatting options.
• Not all websites are Instapaper Text compatible.

This is the Reader I've been hoping for! (and I have tried a lot of readers).. Opens from link! Fantastic! And great layout.. What's more.. as an added bonus it saves like a Web Clipper too! It did require a login, but they don't fuss about requiring big name emails. I have seen a few Readers that let you set things to automatic Reader mode, and that can be good too, but you learn that some pages don't work well with all readers, and the link click method seems to be less struggle.

This extension is a must have for those who like, or need, minimalism to enhance, or keep, focus. It applies the power of Instapaper view to any page, while respecting your personal Instapaper list by leaving it untouched. One thing could make this extension even better: a handy shortcut for what currently requires a right mouse click, a mouse move, and a left mouse click. I'm thinking something like Chrome's Ctrl+click to open a link in a new tab, but, obviously, with another (customisable?) shortcut key.
