Box’s security is top notch where I comply with HIPAA so I make sure to keep patient info there and porting it from my email keeps it out from a lot of other channels, just a single point of access (me) to Box. Anyone who wants to sensitive data should use this too.
Box is really nice because you can encrypt everything. Having that one click away is great. I just hit the button in my gmail and it’s there, no sweat.

It's so easy to use and looks so much better than what chrome used originally.
Saving my emails to my Box account usually takes me a few steps -- from saving my email to PDF and downloading to my computer and afterwards uploading it to my Box account. This process eats up my bandwidth especially when I’m on the go. But, what a lifesaver this chrome extension is to my busy schedule. I can just select my important emails and save them directly to box, in just one click! It’s amazing.
