Collabspot: Highrise for Gmail

Functionality is great. Very user friendly. Just needs a better UI.

Wish I knew it existed years ago.

NO DESKTOP NOTIFICATIONS for tracked emails!!!!!

Works reasonably well. Choppy UI compared to Cirrus Insight. Suddenly started blocking my Gmail menu, have to collapse to use Gmail. Support first denied it was happening or couldn't understand the problem, but now say they're looking into it.

Just started using it so haven't got a lot of history but wow, this is fantastic. Makes HighRise a really powerful and quick tool.

AMAZING tool! I have tried all the Salesforce - Gmail connectors (Cirrus, Ecquire, Infusionsoft's) and this one beats them all. The social integration is awesome, it takes very little time to load, and always finds the proper contact. Excited to be using it everday.

CRM and mail should always have been the same app. Now it is.

99% of what I was looking for to make Highrise SEAMLESS with gmail.

Great product. Its got a bit of wonkiness to it but overall its very useful. I especially love the email templates.

Terrible - DO NOT INSTALL. You'll hate your life trying to UN-INSTALL IT! Support is also of no help...

At last, a CRM system that works! Over the years I've tried countless systems, big and small. This, together with Highrise, and Gmail is the best by far

Wow. Finally what I wanted. No switching from gmail to highrise to add a contact or task. So happy right now!

I am using Highrise and Collabspot together. The tools works pretty well, with one small complaint. The gadget will sometimes not recognize that I have switched to a new email and will not populate the correct contact information. I have to refresh several times for the gadget to catch on. Other than that, it works really well and has saved me a ton of time with templates and not having to leave gmail to edit another program. It is so much better than the app that Highrise created. It really syncs gmail and highrise together well.

This is one of the things that makes you wonder why 37 Signals didn't build as part of Highrise. But who cares -- it's here now!

Collabspot is a MUST HAVE tool for all Highrise Users. We us it and we love it.

A Real time saver. It's so cheap for the time it saves. The team behind it are wonderful and committed also. I highly recommend them.

I loved it, and I do not know how I got along without it. It really merges so well Gmail and Highrise. Their customer service is outstanding. Try it for yourself.

Love it, very convenient. But I would like to see the Quick Add function work with more then Cases.

great had on for HR user not to miss for sure . if you could integrate dropbox task in the email that be great also

If you use highrise and google apps you MUST have this plugin. Creating contacts from within GA is a breeze, but the most useful features are being able to attach an incoming email to a contact or deal in two clicks. Collabspot also handles the BCC on all outgoing mail, so you don't have to worry about missing them anymore.
