• (2015-07-21) So I installed the wrong one & support had me on the right track in a few hours. How cool is that? SuiteCRM users should use version 6 & not 7 (even though the latest SuiteCRM is Sugar 7 compatible).
• (2015-03-19) Steve Mcloughlin: Great extension for SugarCrm that aids adoption and increases sales productivity. Disagree about some comments on support- have found them to be responsive, courteous and accurate. Most importantly it just let's you get work done.

• (2014-08-15) Steve Calamia: Not for Community Edition, at all. Can't even set up Collabspot in the first place with it. Support tells you that some features will work, though one of those broken features is the feature where you connect Collabspot with Sugar. Collabspot support is THE WORST, too. I used to use Collabspot a while back, and thought they were great, until something broke. Then they were as responsive as a lead brick in the Agean sea. Even the chat guy this time was quick to dismiss me. Terrible terrible service. If you go with this, I hope you never need support. Good luck.
• (2014-05-19) James Park: Collabspot has proven to be the best solution out there. The interface is slick and intuitive. The productivity gains with CRM have been considerable, and we cannot imagine not having Collabspot. I cannot give enough credit to support; they have been extremely responsive, and go the extra yard to make sure our needs are met.

• (2013-04-18) Christian Paredes: We have been using SugarCRM for a long time now in the company. Adoption has been a problem. Specially when linking emails. When using Gmail on the daily base, the internal SugarCRM Email systems looks and feels archaic, so that users don't use it. Now with Collabspot, users are using the normal Gmail interface version and are tracking all emails easily. They get the information right on the spot when needed. Looking and searching for telephone numbers is not an issue anymore. Archiving emails to correct opportunity is easy (1 click). Thanks!
• (2013-04-05) Fredrik Westin: Most useful integration between Gmail/Google Apps and SugarCRM. Support is grate both with solving issues and adding new features and improvements. The concept of a sidebar filled with information from SugarCRM based on what mailadress you "hover" in gmail is super. Small but efficient things that makes my day, 100 times a day!
