• (2015-02-09) Doug Lacombe: Works reasonably well. Choppy UI compared to Cirrus Insight. Suddenly started blocking my Gmail menu, have to collapse to use Gmail. Support first denied it was happening or couldn't understand the problem, but now say they're looking into it.

• (2014-06-04) Damian Thompson: AMAZING tool! I have tried all the Salesforce - Gmail connectors (Cirrus, Ecquire, Infusionsoft's) and this one beats them all. The social integration is awesome, it takes very little time to load, and always finds the proper contact. Excited to be using it everday.

• (2013-02-20) Cristina Garza: I am using Highrise and Collabspot together. The tools works pretty well, with one small complaint. The gadget will sometimes not recognize that I have switched to a new email and will not populate the correct contact information. I have to refresh several times for the gadget to catch on. Other than that, it works really well and has saved me a ton of time with templates and not having to leave gmail to edit another program. It is so much better than the app that Highrise created. It really syncs gmail and highrise together well.

Creating contacts from within GA is a breeze, but the most useful features are being able to attach an incoming email to a contact or deal in two clicks. Collabspot also handles the BCC on all outgoing mail, so you don't have to worry about missing them anymore.
