- (2020-09-24) Karen Chu: The extension has a lot of potential to seamlessly integrate HubSpot and GetAccept but is quite buggy. Half the time, the "For Signing" button doesn't work, so I can't even send a document through the extension. When the button does work, the user experience is pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. The other downside to the integration is the way Hubspot workflows are set up with the GetAccept document activities. Only certain document activities are logged under the Contact activity, so we're not able to set up workflows for our Deals. Hope the developers are able to fix this in the next version.
- (2020-04-04) Dorin Bogdan Mihalache: It doesn't keep the login info and there is no way to hide it until I do so. Integration wit Hubspot is somehow limited, but the web version it works wonders for us.

Hello. I am looking to implement this extension into our contracting workflow however in testing I am seeing that, upon signature the executed doc attached to my HubSpot deal does not have a file type. I have to download the file and append .pdf in order to view it. - (2018-09-22, v:1.13) Koppling
Hej, Jag vet inte hur många gånger jag har försökt att få tillägget att fungera och har haft kontakt med er support om det tidigare. Har alla program i chrome som jag behöver ha men det fungerar ändå inte. Ni kanske bör se över användarvänligheten i kopplingen mellan hubspot och getaccept just när det kommer till första gången. Ni är jätteduktiga på att beskriva hur integrationen ska användas men helt urusla på att förklara hur den ska installeras. Michael
