Any Google Form can be easily converted into a Document. Use Form Doctor to transform your Forms into editable Documents that are savable in Google Drive.
With Educators in mind, Form Doctor's goal is to enable teachers to use the simplicity of a Google Form to capture their lesson plans and easily transform them into a document that is sharable and easy to edit.
Click the extension icon just before you submit the Google Form. And choose Convert to DOC
