It literally makes your entire HF experience completely better, and different in so many ways all of which making for a better experience period! I'm not sure what I would do without this extension, all jokes aside 99% of the features it has I use just about on a daily basis and I couldn't, and just wouldn't want to imagine not having them. The fact that the creator of this was able to make this extension with all of the different features that it has available to us is just awesome and simply deserves a golden medal for all the hard work and effort he must've put into making it what it is today! I would HIGHLY recommended everybody that uses HF on desktop/laptop to use this extension, it will transform your entire HF experience into something much more amazing, ultimately making your day-to-day HF time that much better!
