You write in response to another user: "To use [the Britannica Insights add-on just do a Google search on a topic (say 'cat') and Britannica results will be displayed on the right hand column. There is no need to click the icon." This used to be the case. But recently, at least for several weeks, probably longer, some kind of Google information box is displayed in the right-hand column when I search and not the Britannica box. Is there a conflict between the add-on and something Google is doing? I just tested searching at DuckDuckGo.com, still in Chrome, and I did get the Britannica Insight results on that page.

    Where is the Firefox support?
  • (2018-11-24, v:4.1.1) Giancarlo Mantero Astroza: Entries without result
After the last fixes it is working a lot better, but still some problems persists such as the lack of results for some entries like 'business finance', about which there is an article with this same title in the Britannica website. Similar issue happened to me before with the entry 'chess', which is working now, but makes you wonder how many other search entries could not be working yet. Another point it's the prior 'subscribers only' content that now seems to be available for free for any Britannica Insight user, such as the article for Isaac Newton. So, regarding to this, how then Britannica will be generating utilities now that they seem to allow access to each of its articles without any restriction?

  • (2018-11-08, v:4.0.3) Raul Zayas: How do you use this extension?
Please explain to me how to use this extension. It is installed in Chrome but it is grayed out. Chrome says it is on. But there is no where that explains how to use it. When I click on it nothing happens. When I visit a website and click on the extension, nothing happens. I am a subscriber to Britannica. I would love to use the extension if only I can figure out how to use it. Thank you, Raul E. Zayas Brandon Fl USA [email protected]
