• (2024-05-30) Estelle R: While I have earned lots of miles with the Mileage Plus shopping extension, occasionally it stalls halfway through after validating it and the dialogue box stays stuck on my window in the middle of an order. Moving the cursor ends up moving the dialogue box so that it becomes difficult to complete my order since it covers 1/3 of the screen. Happened again yesterday! Have signed out, re-signed in and nothing changes. Frustrating!

It does though get tiresome when I know I'm not going to buy but only shop. Also NOT ALL merchant websites are picked up by the button. You have to sometimes go back to the MP Shopping site and click in through the site. All in all though, I find the button helpful.

I activate the button, it says ok shop away and I do..... then I never see the points on my account. The tool wants you to activate, then do all your shopping, then pay. Well, I generally shop around a bit, various sites and suppliers... I always activate the button, but I don't always order on that first pass..... so, the tool would be much better if it would REMEMBER me when I'm on a 3rdParty's Vendors site.
