• (2023-11-12) Lisa Johnston: I am fairly new to using the extension, but so far it has been pretty good. I have made 4 purcheses using it and 3 have been awesome and one recorded a purchase ammount significantly lower than what it actually was (they show $17 when actual purchase was $120). I'm waiting for the required timeframe to reach out to see what needs to be done. Overall it is a great extension and hopefully this one hiccup is not an issue that is regularly experienced.

I love when it pops up and lets me know when a store is eligible for cash back. I bought a new computer but the suggested browser wouldn't let me download the button so I came back to Chrome. It's so easy earn money for shopping. Thanks USAA!

The only downside that I have found is that I dont have an option to use it while I am on my phone, only desktop for now unless I am missing how to set up on my phone..? I try to always use my desktop for the button if I am shopping for anything especially on random websites just to see if I can get rewards!! It surprised me that there are so many websites included to get rewards!!

• (2020-02-06) Kelly Hames: Worth the few moments it takes to download the button. Not only does it alert you when a site you're visiting is eligible for cash rewards, it gives you the option to apply the rewards at once or later. It even scans for coupons in addition to the cash rewards that you may be able to use. I recently got to apply a coupon for $20 off at HSN that I'd have known nothing about if it hadn't been for the MemberShop button. I use Chrome exclusively to shop now just because of the button.
• (2020-01-29) Dr. B.: Love this button!!!! I am so upset because of all the places I shop where I was missing out on money. It was such a hassle however to have to login to USAA and ten search for the store and often I would forget. This takes the guesswork out of it and all I have to do is click a button when I am on the website. Love the automatic alert feature so i do not even have to search for it. If you do not have this yet get it! Only wish it was available for my iPhone and iPad as well.
• (2020-01-13) Abigail Rose-Craver: Wish I'd known about this extension sooner. Works as it should. Sometimes can take a few days to process your reward, so be patient. Some sites will give you extra cash back but aren't connected to the membershop button so you'll have to use the link directly from the USAA shop. Glad there aren't any annoying popups.

Having the USAA Button is a great reminder. In USAA fashion, the USAA Button was easy to install and is not a nuisance at all. Instead of the hassle to go to Membershop and look for a merchant first, I can just shop and the button lets me know when I can earn... and I can earn at many stores!!! I can't say that there is anything bad about the USAA Button. Thank you USAA for the button!!
