• (2021-03-02) Elba Roark: It's not that I disliked the app, it's that I have been using the browser extension and since I accepted the Marketing browser extension, have been receiving the FULLY PAID version for free, only to login today to see that I have been downgraded to the FREE Version that only allows 50 pages per month, unless I pay. AND no notification was ever received from the company stating that the account was being downgraded.

Actually no dont i'll type it here for you it sais and I quote not even kiding "The Advertisements by FaxBetter extension injects advertisements into web pages while browsing." not even kidding that is what this thing sais. Maybe use faxbetter once or twice but DON'T GET THIS EXTENSION AND I REPEAT DO NOT GET THIS EXTENSION. if you dont like ads like everyone else on the planet you dont like this either. It is the exact oppisote of ad block. So if you love ads go ahead and get this but if not stay away from this thing.

• (2019-07-11) Bruce Ostrout Jr: SUPER SHADY! They advertise free tier. They capture your email and then when you try the "free" service it blocks you and says you need to install an advertising extension to be able to use the "free" service. Nowhere before this step do they mention installing a POPUP generator. ABSOLUTELY MORONIC AND EXTREMELY SHADY if not criminal. This is primarily an email leads generator and misleading advertising scheme, not a real fax service.
• (2019-07-03) Alyssa Sweeten: Maybe faxbetter let you send free faxes in the past, in exchange for receiving their ads, but that is no longer true. It's a misrepresentation in that you CANNOT SEND A FAX unless you upgrade, regardless of if you install this app or not.
• (2019-05-17) Marvin Powell: Garbage. Faxbetter extorts you with spam in order to fax and worse of all, THEY DON'T EVEN LET YOU FAX!
• (2019-01-29) Mike Cherry: This shady lowlife company injects advertising into your browser under the auspices of providing a so called "Pro-level" service. The faxbetter service doesn't even work as advertised, which makes this even more of a joke. This extension is only one thing, garbage spam and shouldn't be allowed to be listed in the chrome web store. Look forward to the company going out of business if it hasn't already.
• (2018-12-26) Miriam Harris,PhD: This service has allowed me to be productive as a new business owner, it's simple and highly efficient. There is no other way I would use another service. It organizes your faxes received and sent, it also allows you to see the fax thru your email as a confirmation page.
• (2018-11-05) Tanika Finney: I have the extension on my computer and I still receive a message stating that I don't have the extension installed. I have cleared my cache and data, relaunched Chrome, removed the extension, and reinstalled the extension and still not able to gain access. Until this is fixed, my rating will remain a 3star. I will say that the Help desk is really fast about getting back with you when you submit a ticket. there seems to be some technical difficulties on their end.

• (2018-06-26) Ryan: I had to take a moment to share my great experience with FaxBetter. Like other reviews have mentioned, I had downloaded the extension to get the "Pro" Version. The service did work for a while until my company's anti-malware software blacklisted it and it no longer worked. I'll agree with what other people said that the ads were a little invasive, but I could justify it since I was getting a FREE UPGRADE. I feel like people forget so quickly that this company took the time to develop a program and allow you to use it at NO COST in exchange for you seeing ads. The alternative is to pay for it.. Everyone wants something for nothing and that's just not real life. The real story comes from contacting customer support about my issue. Renz emailed and tried to help me troubleshoot the problem. When we couldn't figure it out he told me he would call me back no later than Tuesday of the following week with a promotional offer to upgrade for my trouble. He called me exactly when he said he would and offered me a generous promotional rate to upgrade. I've really liked using FaxBetter so that, and considering how attentive and responsive Renz was to my problem - I happily paid up.
• (2018-04-16) The Brightside: I keep getting the following message even when the extension is already installed!!: "Install failed The FaxBetter extension was not successfully installed. Retry Free Installation" I tried reinstalling but that doesn't work either... What a frustrating extension/website!
• (2018-04-11) Jacob Figgins: FaxBetter is so much better than other competitors. When they released the extension so I could get my services for FREE I had to get it! It's truly an amazing deal!
• (2018-04-09) Gary F Moody: The permissions are excessive. You are forced to install this silly extension in order to use the website. CRAZY.
• (2018-03-28) Michael Rebar: This new extension that grants free use of the "pro" version of the service throws up ads on other websites you visit in chrome while their extension is installed! I was viewing my own company website when this banner randomly popped up and I thought my website had become infected somehow. Turns out it was this extensions throwing up ads. They do not mention at all in the CWS description that they do this and force you to install this extension to use their fax service for free. VERY SHADY! I have reported this abuse to Google for review!
