First of all, I didn't realize it was a monthly fee and I don't know how to get a refund or stop them from automatically renewing each month. Secondly, I ran the cleaner, it said I deleted all the messages, yet they still show. I tried closing FB and reopening, refreshing, etc, and the messages are still there.
