(2019-04-04) Nick Pereira: Good to know when you get new messages. When you click on the message notification they are not marked as read though, so that is an issue. Clicking on the notification links to the message with parent context. If marking it as read is not possible from clicking the notification, it would be an improvement if clicking the notification linked to your inbox so that you can mark it as read on the reddit inbox.

(2018-10-13) TalkInMyFace ‘: Highly recommend for anybody who uses Reddit. It gives a little "pop" noise whenever you receive a notification, and takes you directly to the reply when you click on this. Very recommended, and high regards to the devs for creating something so awesome and convenient.

(2017-11-05) John Smith: This is a great extension, but there are four things which I don’t like about it, which is why I’m only giving it two stars. Firstly, if you don’t click on the notifications, they’ll keep popping up every ten seconds or so. There is no way to disable this or change the interval, which makes this extension extremely annoying to use unless you constantly click on the notifications. Secondly, if you click on the notification icon in your toolbar, it will close and remove all the notifications unless you click them all simultaneously before the box closes. Thirdly, you cannot click the notification boxes that appear in the lower right corner of your screen to instantly go to the comment, which is unfortunate. Additionally, sometimes, clicking a notification doesn’t work, and since they go away after the box closes, you have to go to Reddit and check your read notifications to see them. And lastly, replies don’t show instantly.

Sometimes it just plain doesn't work This seems to be a new development as in the last few weeks I've had to occasionally delete and install it a couple of times. 2. Clicking on the notification take you to 'messages' rather than Inbox Why on Earth would I want that? I want to see my new messages as they come in.
(2016-12-14) _ Skylake _: Been using this for months now, and I love it. I have it to check every 5 seconds. Perfect for arguing with random people on Reddit and being swift with my responses. I'm actually here to make a complaint, though. For the past 2 weeks I've noticed that the notification marker doesn't go away after I've read the comment/message. I have to manually refresh from the icon. Please fix!

Let's say I have 5 messages. I click the toolbar icon and it shows me the list, but when I click on any one of the messages, it removes all the rest of the messages from the list. I have read that you called this a "feature", but this is more of an annoyance. If I need to reply to those messages, which in most cases I do, then I NEED to open them separately. This will specially be helpful in the case of comment replies.

With the new Reddit layout, it's not clearing notifications. If I view notifications in Reddit itself, the notifications are cleared. But if I go to the item through Reddit Notifier, it doesn't clear the notification as it used to do before the new Reddit layout came out.

every time the refresh interval rolls around it sends Another push notification with the same notification as before. so i get one message and it tells me once every minute to check it. It's driving me mad.
