Instructions: Hover over a tweet and press a number key on the keyboard. The numbers 1-9 are each assigned a different color.
For example: if I hover over @HackerNewsYC and press 1, all Hacker News tweets will be highlighted red. Press 1 again to toggle the highlighing off.

v1.3 - Now pressing the number 0 or clicking the bird toggles highlighting.
v1.2 - You can now turn the app on and off by clicking the bird in the omnibar.
