Pubchat puts a comment board and chat room on every website and URL on the Internet. With it, you can read what everyone else who is on the same URL that you are on is saying.
It's extremely easy to sign up, just pick a username and password, and you can read all the comments on a page without doing so. The comment board also only lasts for 24 hours. Every 24 hours, all comment boards are erased and are clean for the next day.
