• (2019-11-02) Jazzy JEC: spend hours trying to log in and nothing works ..... so stupidly frustrating! can't get to all my recipes and no help anywhere.
• (2019-01-21) sharyn bay: Yumprint has no customer service or any kind of support for its members. I have been a member for many years. For the last two years or so I have had login problems. Login attempts either give me an error message account doesn't exist. when I try to set up a new account now i get a message that account already exist. try to reset my password, of course that doesn't work either. If I can get logged in and reach my recipe folders some of them won't open up either. SO FRUSTRATING
• (2018-12-07) Marie Noel-Kowalski: love it but I hate when it's not working, I have so many recipes saved in there and I can't get into it to either find a recipe or add a recipe I'm really tired of seeing No account exists for that Facebook login or Incorrect username or password ust wish they would figure out what the problem is a fix it. I have updated my browser what more do they want
• (2018-12-01) Laurie Otto: As others have said, when it works, it's great! When it doesn't (which happens often for DAYS) it is holding everything hostage, and it sucks!! I would think that google would be stepping in, and either decide to dump it, or make them fix the constant issues. As soon as it works, I will be moving everything.
• (2018-09-15) Rob Schellinger: It's cool, as long as it works. Invariably, I get logged out and then it's impossible to log back in. It tells me that my saved password is wrong. When I try to reset my password, it tells me that they have no record of my email. No way to contact support can be easily found on the website.
• (2018-08-13) Euvie: Worked great, then all of the sudden, my email doesn't exist, so Yumprint says I do not have an account. Nice. Lost all of my recipes I had saved. Won't use this again. Looking for a similar app.
• (2018-08-12) Kathy Hettrick: It is constantly locking me out of my account, saying it doesn't recognize my email address when I attempt to log back in to save a recipe and there is absolutely NO way to connect with support to resolve the issue. This did not use to be an issue but it has become an ongoing issue and I am really,really tired of it!!!!

• (2018-04-23) kevin Gahagan: OK OK Problem solved. I was locked out of my account and I wasn't able to log and I tried the next day and got back in. Other than that problem this App is F****** incredible. Makes life quite easy. I recommend this app to every one!!! Thank you so much to the developers and staff that make this possible.
• (2018-04-22) Beverly Isenhart: I love it when it actually works. Some days I can't log in. Go to change password? Yumprint doesn't recognize my email, yet try to create a new account and email already exists. Help Desk link is broken and no longer exists. The recipe clipper is nice, but it will miss an ingredient or step, so proof read carefully and include the link back to where you found it.
• (2018-03-06) Julia Dannemiller Eberly: I love it when it works. All my recipes in one place. Two or three not so perfect things. There are days when you can't log in. Period. Go to change your password, it doesn't recognize your email. This happens a lot on Holidays, so copy your favorite recipes elsewhere for those days, In a day or 2 you can login, no problem. Other flaw, sometimes it doesn't copy the recipe correctly. It leaves out an ingredient or step. So, the first time you use the recipe it is a good idea to link back to the original. There is no way to contact and resolve problems.

  Can't log into site. Says no account exists for my e-mail and I have been using the site for years! This happens over and over again with Yumprint. I really like the site and want to be able to send my shopping list to Walmart, but I can't rely on the site. I really need access so that I can at least move my recipes to another site. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

  I have been a member for years and can no longer log in with Facebook, says my account does not exist. I will be happy to remove my saved recipes and delete account if you would allow me to log in via facebook. Love the app, but this is just awful for my own saved recipes
