This is chrome extension that lets you receive popup notifications from SMSee about received SMS messages, notifications and incoming phone calls, see the number on unread messages and quickly access SMSee web app.
Highly recommended if you are using SMSee service (https://www.smsee.net) and Chrome browser.
With SMSee you can easily send and receive SMS via your browser. Instead of typing long messages on small phone's screen now you can do the same from the comfort of your PC.
