Adds quick access to Video On Demand Twitch.tv and Youtube links for completed runs on the GDQ schedule page

- (2016-07-24) Todd Bauer: I love this app. I'm a big fan of speedrunning, but I don't like Twitch chat, and it's super handy to be able to have a theater mode with a built-in IRC client. Throw in schedules, links to world records for every game... wow. Great stuff!
