1. Shortcuts
Save your necessary sites to the bookmarks bar of the New Tab - Infiniti in the Google Chrome™ browser. Each web page is added to bookmarks with one click, which allows you to organize the work of a new tab for your own need. By default, the extension has shortcuts in the visual bookmarks panel: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Gmail.
How to add a shortcut
1.Click "add shortcut" on the bookmarks bar in the center of the screen in the browser.
2.In the window that opens, enter using the keyboard or "paste text": name - the name of the shortcut as it will be displayed on the bookmarks bar; URL - site name, example: https://newtabs.pro/. After filling in these items, click "Finish."
You will see the created shortcut in the bookmarks bar in the center of the screen in the browser. If you do not like it, follow the steps above, starting from step 1, to change the shortcut. Edit shortcuts by moving the cursor over the bookmark icon, the ... icon will appear in the upper right corner of the shortcut, click on it.
How to remove a shortcut
1.Hover over a shortcut, the ... icon will appear in the upper right corner of the shortcut, click on it.
2.Click the "Delete" button.
The selected shortcut is deleted from the bookmarks bar.
2. Full HD Wallpaper

How to set a theme
1.Click on the ≡ icon in the upper right corner of the screen > Personalize this page.

4.After downloading the image, you will see a preview, close the white window on the page by clicking on the Χ icon in the upper right corner of the central window.

2.In the window that opens, click the "Upload your image" button.
3.In the window that opens, click the "Select file" button. Image requirements and conditions are indicated on this page.
4.Next, select the file according to the requirements on your computer and click the "Open" button.
5.After downloading the image, you will see a preview, close the white window on the page by clicking on the Χ icon in the upper right corner of the central window.
You will see the selected topic. If you don’t like it, follow the steps above starting from step 1 to change the background.
How to restore the default background
1.Click on the ≡ icon in the upper right corner of the screen > Personalize this page.
2.In the window that opens, click the "Restore default background" button. The theme will change to the classic one that was during installation.
3. Search engine

How to make a search query
1.Click on the search bar at the top of the visual bookmarks bar, a separator will appear.

It should look at my search engine preference. Definitely a 1-star experience and sneaky enough right from the beginning that I simply cannot trust having it on my machine any longer. Removing, blocking this app and blocking their web presence aggressively.

This is misleading and deceptive conduct. It seems to be deliberate fraud. Such action should attract severe criminal sanction. The developers should take a good hard look at themselves and hand their heads in shame. Despite the functionality I am uninstalling this, because I get to decide what services I use, not some random developer with a dirty side deal with Microsoft.

Seems nobody can make it aesthetically pleasing as well as it being useful. It's not that hard. This one for example, it is useful, not very customizable (can only add shortcuts) and not pretty. You can change the background colors but..That's just it. Also, I don't know where they getting their icons from but they are very low quality, very pixelated. I'll just keep looking. Tl;dr: Ugly and not that useful.

New "tabs" are all individual windows and aren't added as an actual tab to refer back to easily inside the Chrome browser experience. This could mean that this app is scraping ALL of the data you input while using a site inside its own isolated window experience. I'm not a dev, I don't know this to be fact, but I do know that this app is fishy. It seems great though if you never want to leave the new tab experience that is actually organized really well -- however, I don't use Chrome to just look at my nicely organized bookmarks and shortcuts.

I deleted and reinstalled it, and it is back with Google. Let's see for how long. Update: initially, when I reinstalled it went back to google. But in a day or so, changed to Bing again. This is all a bing trap.

It sets up mainstream feature icons, and provides shortcuts to frequently needed areas such as download, history, bookmarks, etc, I was really looking for a place to put shortcuts to my extensions, and to be able to label them to my liking. This extension doesn't do that, and from what I read, it tries to redirect to Bing.. I hate that, though I haven't experienced it yet.

- (2021-10-03) The Google logo is sitting above the on-page search box so I would assume my search is powered by Google when I use that search box and yet my searches are redirected to Bing, which is the last search engine I would ever knowingly choose. Redirects to Bing are not mentioned in the overview. That seems disingenuous to me. Uninstalling.
