- I had been looking for a video downloader for some time but never foud one that just worked. I did not want something that required a computer science degree to operate as I was downloading videos for my studies and this product has been a one stop shop. - Shows a "not enough space" pop up, on a completly empty flash drive, there is no way to redirect it to another drive/folder, and it does not allow for any more downloads after the first without paying.

- Originally purchase the prem version to convert videos into audio and it was great. Then March 4th happened and I can't do it anymore. Also doesn't work on Spotify, which means I now have to troll the search to find places for audio and hope this can pick it up...... And there is no way on a Chrome based browser to revert to an older version so it works again. Looks like I'll be moving on to something else now, what a bummer.
