Remarque : la prise en charge de protocoles de streaming complexes et de la conversion vidéo nécessite l'installation d'une application compagnon. En effet, le navigateur (ni Chrome ni Firefox) ne fournit pas l'interface nécessaire. Une fois installée, l'application compagnon est entièrement gérée par le module complémentaire et vous n'avez pas à vous en soucier. L'application compagnon est gratuite et open-source. Il a déjà été installé plus de 10 millions de fois.
Remarque : en raison des restrictions de Google WebStore, la version Chrome du module complémentaire ne télécharge pas les vidéos de YouTube. Utilisez la version Firefox ou Edge à cet effet.

- Very good extension, I was able to download all the videos I wanted to watch since I was travelling out to somewhere with spotty Wi-Fi for a while. The premium version is worth every penny since you keep the license forever, love that part the most.

- The downloader works great, easy to use. Reasonably priced. I'd give it a full 5 stars, and was about to just 5 seconds ago, but then got a pop up saying something like "you've downloaded 100 times, mind writing a review" ... and they also have this "The developer has disclosed that it will not collect or use your data." so CLEARLY they've LIED!!! How would they possiblly know I've done 100 downloads if they're not spying on me? No worries, I will counteract this Trump like dishonesty with Little Snitch. So understand if you buy, the downloader works, but you'll be LIED TO by the developer. Very dishonest... could easily work for the Trump Administration with this dishonest scam.

- Hi everyone, I need some help. Video DownloadHelper suddenly started downloading videos in very low quality, blurry, sometimes with no audio, or with a green screen. This never happened before. I already tried different browsers and formats, but all I get is poor quality or broken files. Does anyone know how to fix this or what settings I should change? Thanks in advance!

- I've been using this extension for over a year now and used to absolutely adore it, even purchasing a premium license for the Chrome version, UNTIL I had to reinstall the extension and lost the feature that allows you to choose a default download folder. It was my ONLY reason for originally trying this extension over other very similar ones. The feature was supposedly permanently scrapped in favor of improved downloads, but my downloads were just fine and now my favorite feature of this extension is gone. Other than this issue, the extension is fantastic and would otherwise receive a 5-star review from me.
