Video DownloadHelper supports 1000+ websites (Dash, HLS, MPD, …), live streaming, high-definition and conversion to your preferred formats (MP4, MKV, WebM, …). Video DownloadHelper also support audio download (extract audio from videos into MP3s).
Please note that this extension doesn't support YouTube.

- I didn't read the fine print and the premium fee is per browser not user or computer. I got it setup in chrome then wanted to download something that I have to access from edge and that's a big fat nope unless you buy it again. Other than that it does what it says with some odd little things. If you want to change the download directory you have to change it for all of chrome. I'm not 100% sure I would buy it again before looking to find something that works and allows me to have premium in all of my browsers.

- I paid for premium in order to regain full access to the “VideoDownload Helper” add-on (for Chrome). I´ve got invoice and email with code. After entering the code, I receive an error message saying that I have not installed the add-on. But I have! This is frustrating.

- It's a very good tool for downloading video's. Unfortunately, you can only download 1 video every 2 hours with the free version. But that is alright, since the full version only costs €15. [no silly subscriptions] And after 100 video, I think it is worth €15. Since I plan to use it a lot more.

- The addon is pretty good. $20 for lifetime unlimited. Most videos can be downloaded at different resolutions with no problem. However, there are still some that fail to download, hence the 4 star rating.

- Linux User here on brave browswer. I have a mini pc that will not run propperly on windows 10, after update I always gets Blue Screen of Death. That's why i'm changing to linux, and I use IMD as my video downloader for movies, because of that, I always go back to Windows. Now, because of this extension, this will help me to no longer going back to blue screen of death anymore. Thank you and this works on brave browser..
