This extension helps in selecting profiles on visualforce and apex class security settings page where we give access to profiles.
This extension also helps to select Object FLS for profiles.
This also helps in giving object CRUD permissions to profiles in enhanced lists view which shows profiles and object CRUD matrix

- (2015-09-15, v:6.0) Add profiles button not available for FLS page.
I was trying to set fls for some fields this morning.Though the extension is enabled , i could not see add profiles button on my sandbox page.
