• (2019-11-01) Pque Christopher: Very very dangerous for your bookmarks. It will try to (foolishly) detect dead bookmarks links, whereas you can have a web-site that will work on-demand (for example via VPN) so it will DELETE your good bookmark and automatically because the default settings when activating this extension is to run every one month... This means if you reinstall Chrome, this setting will be AUTOMATICALLY activated. Second, it deletes empty folders so if you temporarily move a bookmark from a well structure folder tree, and unfortunately, the folder is empty when this extension runs, you LOOSE your folder structure. VERY DANGEROUS. DON'T USE.

• (2019-01-05) Kevin Foggie: Took 3 days to scan all my bookmarks; found over 6,000 errors [broken or duplicate setting]; then after complete scanning, it just gave a report on another tab that said "Note: 404 errors are a pretty safe to delete, but other errors should be verified. Bookmarks that require authentication will result in connection errors. Web servers sometimes also produce errors such as "Internal Server Error" but still are loadable via Chrome". What a waste of time, energy and anticipation of finally organizing my 20 years of collecting bookmarks. ZERO rating is my REAL Opinion.
• (2018-12-23) Light Majesty: After letting it run for hours- and I'm not a person with THAT many bookmarks, maybe a couple hundred- it was only 30% done. Got fed up and uninstalled.
• (2018-12-22) Avery Goodman: It found the duplicate links perfectly but the dead links scan was all wrong. First, the dead links scan took a few hours, but when the results came I noticed it had checked every single one of my bookmarks as bad, 98% were marked as Connection Error and the rest were 404 only a few of which were actually marked correctly. You have to click on the link in the results list to double-check which takes you to that link in a new tab but when you go back to the results the link you clicked has no indication or even a highlight that you clicked it, this made it hard to make sure I was deleting the right one as many can be very similar. So, there are some opportunities to make improvements with this app and I'd be happy to see it when it's ready.

• (2018-12-13) Rick_in_Texas: Very nice duplicate and valid link checker. Since I use one Chrome profile I have all bookmarks under my profile. I think the option to exclude or include certain bookmark folders would be nice. I have some bookmarks for home (not appropriate for work), some that are only valid at work (internal sites) and everything else. I like the automated scanning but I'd like to exclude the work and home groupings if possible. Let me know if that doesn't make sense.

• (2018-11-26) Jean-Pierre Littlebrother: Bien pour les sites en double mais pas toujours pour les liens : il vaut mieux vérifier une fois qu'ils sont scannés... Cela peut prendre un certain temps mais une fois qu'il a terminé un nouvel onglet va s'ouvrir pour vous permettre de faire le tri.

• (2018-10-19) Charles Tilley: What good is this w/out a clear way to delete multiple bookmarks/dead links, the reason why I installed this junkware, plus took over 30 hours to scan the Chrome. Oddly, Firefox has a tool that works great for this, one can mark all other than the original & click 'Delete'. Not so with Chrome. This app is a waste of time & resources, who will then hand delete over 10,000 duplicates by hand? I sure won't. there has to be an easier option. I mean, yes the extension ID's the bookmarks & dead links, yet no it cannot do anything about it. So what's the point? Included in these are bookmarks imported from both IE & Firefox, some dating back to the later Clinton & Bush years. My issue is not the bookmarks themselves, rather how Chrome handles these. With close to a dozen computers, each with 2 or more OS's, plus any virtual machines it doesn't take long for 7,500 bookmarks to become 75,000 after duplication. I mean, Chrome can get most everything else right, such as the merging of extensions & home pages, seems like they could do bookmarks right (or) provide a tool to manage when so large. Is that too much to ask? Mozilla has a much less of an operating budget and does better, maybe it's time I go back, at least that can handle 'the dupes', the term for the issue on that side. Am sick of a frustrating week at getting this job done & still at step #1 (how to get the job done?).
• (2018-10-18) Matt Ausmus: After years of bookmarks being "migrated" from browser to browser, duplicates, triplicates and even quadruplicate bookmarks get created. So, identifiying those is great. I'm embarrassed to even admit how many I had. That being said, this has some serious deficiencies that really just make it okay. It could be great with further development. 1. having to select and delete every single duplicate manually. This truly makes it a less than valuable tool. It needs a method of bulk selection and bulk deletion. 2. It did okay grouping duplicates but still needs work. 3. Dead links. This is just broken. Almost a thousand "connection errors". According to it, Google is down!!! I've got the timeout set to 5 seconds. It shouldn't take any longer than that to generate a connection. For now, this function is shouldn't be trusted so is unusable. I do look forward to an update for this and if the dev fixes 3 and implements 1 then this will be a great app. Till then it's okay at best.
• (2018-10-06) Matthew Nugent: Worthless. I ran it. I laughed, I cried and... what? I can't see that it deleted or even flagged anything. Deleting it. Is it supposed to generate a report? Is it supposed to remove duplicates and bad links automatically? It did the full scan... and, it was all over. Nothing afterward.
