Create GitHub issues from Trello cards

This extension is for those people who use Trello for project management and GitHub for issue tracking. It inserts a "GitHub Issue" button into the actions list on Trello cards which automatically creates a GitHub issue from the card and cross-links the two together.

- This would be an awesome tool, but judging by the github repo it's deprecated. Keep getting 'auth error', and the related github issue seems to imply it's dead :(

- does not seem to do anything. No button is ever visible anywhere. Deprecated? unsupported?

- Didn't try it because it requires access to: Code Pull requests Wikis Settings Webhooks and services Deploy keys ... If you change it to just need authorisation for Issues, that'd be great!
