Removes the "inline" ads (those that appear on top of your emails list) from yahoo email.
1.0.2 - removes ads from search results page.
1.0.3 - removes big lateral ads
1.0.6 - update (addresses some changes in ads containers)
1.0.7 - update (addresses some changes in ads containers)
Tested on latest chrome and windows 7 64bit ultimate.

- (2014-07-29) B.D. Friedman: Finally I am able to go to my Yahoo mail and read my email! Yahoo gives the option to extend the inbox panel per session. Doing so worked for me. The top banner obstructs my view. All too often when clicking on the 1st message of my inbox, my cursor touches the banner. This extension has removed it and the side panel as well.
