- (2015-01-13) Greg Curatolo: Actually, my issue is with the service itself. Trying to login to the service using an iPhone is impossible. The drop down menu drops, but one is unable to make a selection on which credentials to log in with. Using a desktop workstation, you are forced to download and install Chrome, you can't get to your account any other way, AND when you select [Install Chrome], it takes you to a 404 page (dead link). A link to some type of Support page is not readily apparent unless you dig down further and go to a Blog page where you will see a small menu list on the upper right. That's where a link to Support exists, however, once on the Support page, you will see all of six topics available for help. There are also a number of dead links throughout the site which is VERY frustrating.
