Extreme Markupは「はてな記法」をベースとしてBloggerのために開発されたマークアップ言語です。
階層リスト、定義リスト、表を最小限のタイプで書いたり、ソースコードを貼り付けて構文強調したりできます。
また、このエディタにはBloggerとの強力な連携機能があります。リンクを張ったり画像を貼り付けたり、またそれらを修正したりするのも一瞬です。
同様のマークアップ言語としてはMarkdownが有名です。しかし、このツールはBloggerのために設計されているので、Markdownをテキストエディタで書き、HTMLに変換して貼り付けるよりもずっと使い勝手がよいでしょう。
プログラマーで、ワープロよりもテキストエディタに馴染みがあるのなら、このツールは間違いなく期待に応えられると思います。

I found that in trying this out the check box to use Extreme Markup in HTML editting mode never appeared. This was true in both vanilla blogger and Draft. I guess I will continue using stack edit.
