Description from store Easiest way to highlight text on any webpage! Simply select text, then right click it to select the "Highlight" option. Alternatively, use the default keyboard shortcut 'Ctrl+Shift+H'. All highlighted texts are saved so that your highlights are not lost when exiting a page! Simply re-opening that page will bring back all the highlights. Now with a custom highlighter cursor and 4 different highlight colors! Change the keyboard shortcut through Chrome settings at 'chrome://extensions/shortcuts'. Undo highlights by re-highlighting them, or remove all highlights on the current page by clicking the "Remove All" button in the toolbar. • (2020-02-07) Marius UDUBAȘA: simple to use, great tool! feature request: keep data in sync on page revisit, even on a different pc, but same browser profile
  • (2020-02-03) W. Donaghy: Although it allowed me to highlight on the web, I found it to be frustrating toggling with the feature. I also need a feature to circle and make some points and unfortunately this extension was not good enough for me.
  • (2020-01-23) Eric Nadler: I just wanted a simple extension to highlight a page I use for work. I just needed one time highlights to try to correlate a few hundred lines in a table. I tried several other extensions that either needed a login account or did not work. This one worked for me! Thank you!
  • (2019-12-12) Jeff N: FEATURE REQUEST It would be really cool if there was a feature that made it so a few clicks would automatically select the highlighted portion for copying/pasting.
  • (2019-12-10) John Daniels: This should have more stars. It is ultra simple and does exactly what I need, highlight text in the browser with easy shortcut. I tried a lot of others and they keep opening up pop up windows which I do not need. Simple and easy, you got 5 Stars from me!
  • (2019-11-26) Alexander Serechenko: Working bad on all pages I tried. I've lost all highlights made while reading a book.
  • (2019-11-07) Linda Griffen: Far, far better than the other highlighting extensions out there. Easy to use. No annoying pop-ups. Stores the highlights on your computer, not on some 3rd-party web service.
  • (2019-11-06) Sean Montebello: Helpful! But does not work on PDF pages. Sometimes when highlighting Google-Highlighted Search Results, this will confuse the extension and other Google-Highlighted Search Results will appear highlighted. (I swear I'm not trying to make a tongue twister)
  • (2019-10-27) P N: Il serait bon d'améliorer la description: "All highlighted texts are saved so that your highlights are not lost when exiting a page! Simply re-opening that page will bring back all the highlights." Sauf qu'on ne sait pas où c'est sauvegardé!
  • (2019-10-13) Mustafa Mahmud: Where are the highlights saved?
  • (2019-08-27) mostafa: Its great for any one looking for simple highlighter.
  • (2019-08-21) Miguel Reyes: Works as expected! Easy to use and keeps track of my highlights in pages that I've visited and highlighted. Would be nice to have a page where ALL my highlighted pages could me managed.
  • (2019-08-16) Layden Lee: dose exactly what is says take note you need to refresh the page you want to highlight after installation.
  • (2019-08-08) Marheave: Works sweetly and amazingly for academic literature in HTML form (web pages). For pdf I guess we have to use pdf editors to highlight, and for other web apps there's no choice, but for my use case it has been a real blessing
  • (2019-07-25) Franz Reischl: Pretty basic.
  • (2019-07-10) St.Paul's High School: Doesn't work at all when i right click on pdf or web pages it shows highlighter option but there is neither color drop down list nor highlighted the text with auto color.Very Bad
  • (2019-06-04) Benny A: I'm sorry but this did not work in the least bit. I assume it worked previously but not anymore. Jerome, you asked us to tell you which sites don't work. None of the websites work, including Gmail. I read reviews that Gmail works, after refreshing. I tried without success. I hope you fix this but until then I will be removing this extension.
