Exports Scoutbook reports as an Excel file

Export Scoutbook
Description from store

Scoutbook is a great tool for tracking Boy Scout and Cub Scout advancement. However, it can be frustrating if you can't get your data out in a format that you need it.

This extension takes Report Builder reports, and lets you export them in one click to Excel. All the magic happens in your browser, so no sensitive data gets transmitted off your computer during the export.

To use:
- Install the extension
- Refresh (Ctrl + R) your Scoutbook tab
- Navigate to a report
- Click the icon that appears in the omnibar
- Open the downloaded Excel file in your favorite spreadsheet program.

If you don't already have a Scoutbook account, use promo code "TSS" for a 10% discount when you register.

If you don't have a spreadsheet program, try *FREE* OpenOffice.org

Cannot get it to activate on my Chromebook browser. It would satisfy my need, albeit in a clunky manner, if it worked...but it doesn't right now. Sigh.

does not work. I have it installed and I have a report generated and it does nothing.

hate to rate this low as its a great idea but its not working for me. Generates the file but when I try to open it excel tells me the file is corrupt.

Love this extension, thank you! I need to ask though... when you ask the report to give you the requirement description I know Scoutbook cuts it off. I was hoping the whole thing would have been in the Excel file, but it is not. Do I need to make my issue known to Scoutbook or can this also be fixed here? Thanks!!

Does not work. Extension installs, but remains grayed out. No options to sign in or configure. Probably do to SB's extensive "updates"

I'm not able to open the .xls file. This plug-in doesn't work at all. I can export a file, but can not open it. I'm using Office 2010.
