Base upon Better Google Reader Greasmonkey script.

- Please fix it to work properly with new reader! It was awesome to use minimalistic skin in pair with sublime reader, but new design of reader ruined it :-(

- Dear author! Really need to switch all recording / new record so that the button was always visible. If possible, please keep in mind during subsequent development.
