Mindful Social Media Posting

This is a chrome extension that will help you to be mindful before posting and sharing on Facebook and Twitter.

This is inspired by Bill Duane, a Google executive and meditation teacher who oversees the company’s well-being and performance learning programs. - “You can bring mindful awareness to all contexts, including being online.”

Evaluate your intentions.
Before posting anything on social media, ask yourself three questions:
Is it true?
Is it kind?
Is it necessary?
Post only if the answer to all three is yes."
