This plugin re-enables the context menu and makes the user able to select any text on the page, where these are disabled.

This is the first version of this plugin, which is tested on a small set of websites where I could find the context menu or text selection disabled, any response is appreciated, especially when it contains website urls where it doesn't seem to work so I can handle them.
new in version 1.2: it handles sites which are using jquery to disable contextmenu and text selection
