Reframed allows you to comment on, share and discuss specific moments in video.
This extension adds a "Reframe this video" button to the toolbar when you are watching a video on YouTube.com. Clicking the button opens a new Tab, which will allow you to start commenting on exact moments of that video on Reframed.tv. You can then invite your friends to the discussion, and see other peoples comments too.
