PhotoVaultonline Pre-Scaling utility is a web-app that resize Photographs according to the PSSA (Photographic Society of South Africa) generic guidelines.
The resulting images will then be ready for upload to http://www.photovaultonline.com/
The guidelines are as follows:
* 1024x768 constraints
* 500Kb file size max
* a thin border to identify the image against a projected background
