Um die Privatsphäre in öffentlichen Räumen zu erhöhen, versteckt die Privacy Extension For WhatsApp™ Web Ihre Nachrichten. Die Nachrichten und andere Inhalte werden erst beim Überfahren mit dem Mauszeiger sichtbar. Zusätzlich können alle Effekte schnell über eine Tastenkombination oder über die Umschaltfläche im Erweiterungsmenü umgeschalten werden.
Die Erweiterung passt sich Ihren Bedürfnissen an, indem entschieden werden kann, welche Elemente versteckt werden sollen. Die wichtigsten Optionen:
- Alle Nachrichten im Chat: Versteckt alle Nachrichten im aktuellen Chat.
- Letzte Nachrichtenvorschau: Versteckt alle Nachrichtenvorschauen auf der linken Seite.
- Medien-Vorschau: Versteckt alle Bilder, Videos, Sticker usw. separat vom Text.
- Profilbilder: Versteckt alle Profilbilder.

- The previous version of the extension was very useful. However, after the recent update, it has become quite frustrating. It no longer hides profile names and profile pictures from the full chat list. It only hides the name and photo of the currently open chat, which is not satisfactory. Please consider restoring the earlier functionality.
