Bridge between Ziwo and Zendesk
ZIWO ZENDESK Bridge Google Chrome extension provides an instant integration between ZIWO cloud contact center and ZENDESK CRM.
In one click installation, the plugin will provide instantly the following functionalities:
Popup: Greet clients with their name when they call and see all their previous records instantly popping up automatically.
C2C Click-to-call: No more manual dialing! Just click any telephone number in ZENDESK to place a call.
Wrap-up: All call history of a client at a glance! At the end of a call, all call recordings and logs are put in a ticket attached to the client.
Whatever version of ZENDESK you may be using, ZENDESK Talk is not required.
