• (2023-07-14) Emma Chan: I would have liked to give it 5 stars because I like the concept, but there is one issue that bothers me about the extension, which deserves to deduct one star. It doesn't allow blocking Reels and Short Videos on Facebook in the news feed, and that's very disruptive because the majority of these contents are toxic, and I don't want to see them. There is also another detail: even though I check "Hide Feed" I still see the news feed. So, what is missing in the extension is the ability to hide Reels and Vertical Videos. Therefore, it would be necessary to update the blocking functionality for the Facebook site, and then the extension would be more comfortable.

Blocking addictive YouTube suggested videos (so I can still use YouTube for music and research, without getting distracted) as well as blocking time sinks like Facebook and Twitter. One possible addition that I would like would be to be able to block Gmail within certain time periods. I find myself checking email ridiculously frequently, and would like to restrict it to certain times so I can batch them. Not a deal breaker though. Five stars.

  I am begging you. I am sure I am not alone. Allow certain Groups on Facebook to be "whitelisted" from the "Hide feed" option, maybe by the user inputting the URL to that group. I work in the film industry and often use Facebook to find new clients in various groups, but of course, when I disable your wonderful extension to see these posts - I rarely turn it back on until I've already wasted an hour or 2 stuck on Facebook. I would imagine this "Whitelisting" feature could be expanded to other website you block. I know I'd really appreciate it.

I had a suggestion, which is related to your "redirect to X" function. Right now, if I try to visit any of my blocked sites, I am automatically redirected to the same site. However, maybe you could add a customise feature, where if I want to visit Netflix I get redirected to X, but if I want to visit Reddit I get redirected to Y? Just a thought.
