HostAdvice es una herramienta gratuita que permite a los usuarios revisar –con un simple clic del mouse—dónde están alojados los sitios web.
Esta extensión simplemente añadirá un pequeño botón en tu navegador. Luego, cuando estés viendo un sitio web y te intrigue saber dónde está alojado, simplemente puedes hacer clic en el botón y te dará toda la información que necesitas.
Esto es importante por muchas razones. Si te interesa comprar el nombre de dominio, puedes descubrir a quién contactar incluso cuando el registro WhoIs de un dominio no muestre detalles de contacto. También puedes comunicarte con la empresa de alojamiento si el sitio web está violando tus derechos de cualquier forma, ¡y puedes pedirle a la empresa que quite el sitio! Quizá esta sea la única forma efectiva de confrontar a un sitio que ofende a una persona, una comunidad, etc.

So ALL my sites it incorrectly guesses because the DNS of a lot of UK hosts use incognito DNS, but IP look ups do reveal host which I'd hoped this would use. Removing it and trying something else. Shame.
