• (2023-02-01) Roland de G: It is a good app, but unfortunately often the quick keys on the keyboard for next/previous/play/pause don't work anymore, only the volume still works. This seems to happen after the system has been in sleep mode I think. A reboot is required before it works again. If this is fixed, it will be all good.
• (2023-01-10) Eaelast: Great app! But one thing the volume down hotkey doesn't work, it shows its going down but the volume is still the same. Edit: Actually it does work, i just have to trigger the volume down hotkey to what i want, then click the volume up hotkey once and it will lower.
• (2022-12-21) Mau: My shortcuts for the past 15 years have been Ctrl+Shift+F7 to Play/Pause, with this extension I have to either use Ctrl OR Alt and a letter, I can't use the function keys, which I could use with the late GPM extension.

  Noticed for me it stopped working with my Logi G815. This is to potentially help others with this excellent replacement for something honestly should be baked into the product. After some troubleshooting, chrome flags for this was set to 'enabled'. Setting it to 'disabled' resolved the issue for me. chrome://flags/#hardware-media-key-handling

  then it does nothing none of the media buttons work. if you re-set the buttons in the configuration, literally say "stop" and re-program it as media stop, just like it was the video playing at the time will stop and thats it. there is no other way to get it to do anything.

  This extension has better interaction with youtube music than "Google YouTube Music Hotkeys" however, I would love to see a youtube music tab automatically open and pin when the play button is pressed and nothing is playing. This feature is available in the above app, but can only open google music.

  Hi, I love and use this extension. It works very well and I love it. The only things I am missing are two shortcuts for thumbs up and thumbs down. There is a plugin for Google Play music I was using before Youtube Music, and that had it. I got used to have shortcuts to just thumbs up/down any song any time, without switching to YT Music tab. Thank you.
