Typing Test

By any chance, do you known how fast you could type? Does it pass the average typing speed of most people? If you want to know your typing speed and how well skilled you are in typing then you may be interested in the application known as typing test. This is basically an online application wherein you can test your typing skills. It is very easy to use and very user-friendly. Once you are logged in to the application all you have to do is read the instructions and then begin the test.

The app simply displays a set of words in a box. And all that you have to do is to type all those words as fast as you can within the one minute time limit. Once you start typing, the timer will begin its countdown. Always remember that when you proceed to the next word, use either the space bar or the comma. When you typed the word correctly, it will turn green; however, if you misspelled the word it will turn red, you may correct it if this happens but you will have to consume more time because of this and thus keeping you from completing all the words within the given time limit.

When the test is done, it will then display your results: Words per minute, keystrokes, correct words and the wrong words. Based on the results, you can assess yourself whether you need more improvement and practice or perhaps your skills are good enough.
