For anyone that has to update Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Pipelines, or managing multiple reports for any of the above -- you need to try Scratchpad. The minute of setup will save you hours. I can't recommend Scratchpad enough :)

Staying on top of all of these Salesforce fields used to be my biggest stressor, and now I can see them in an easy to use view. Absolutely love this product! Their team is also super helpful and supportive. This is a must-have for Salesforce users.

It will get rid of the millions of salesforce tabs, actually allow you to navigate your tasks from a single screen, customize views to how you want them to look, and save your literally hours on manually clicking through SFDC. • (2020-02-05) Dan Fang: An exceptional team is working on this product - I am actually inspired by the level of care, commitment, and involvement they have with their product's users. I have personally been on the phone now with their CEO, their Head of Sales, and multiple of their designers and engineers. They are building an extremely useful and helpful tool for sales teams, and are solving a major pain point many of us have felt with Salesforce for a very long time. Would highly recommend!
• (2020-02-05) Picture it....67 sales people....in the salestools Slack channel...complaining because the Outreach Sync stopped them from updating their notes/changing stage/updating their pipeline despite trying 8 times!!! Then their friendly local neighborhood AE tells them the secret sauce....what SFDC's own AEs shared with him.....STOP USING SFDC TO UPDATE PIPELINE, USE SCRATCHPAD.AI INSTEAD What if you don't have a friendly AE willing to share the secrets of success? Whether you're the SFDC operator, a sales manager, or even the CEO....cover your A$$, keep your salespeople happy, help them sell more.....GET SCRATCHPAD

• (2020-01-16) Alex Trout: I hope that I can update this review because I loved Scratchpad, when it was working. I've just realized that all of the pipeline notes, call notes, etc that I've updated using Scratchpad haven't been updating in SalesForce. I don't know how long this has been going on, but I can't say that I'm too happy right now. All of the data looks to still be in scratchpad, but none of the SFDC accounts have been updated. All of the time that I saved using this product is going to be spent combing through my accounts and cross referencing scratchpad. That sounds fun, right?

• (2020-01-08) Caimen Dennis: Scratchpad has really been a game changer for how I manage my pipeline and SFDC. Nearly my entire team is using Scratchpad and has not looked back. If you are in sales and using SFDC, this is a must! No more slow loading pages to update fields, managing tasks is easier than you could imagine and my notes are more organized than ever. Their entire team is great as well and very quick to respond back on feedback and questions!

I can't believe that I haven't used this before, as I've tried everything from Excel to whiteboards to smoke signals to keep track of deals. I've closed more, saved time, and been able to relocate energy that normally would've been spent in Salesforce into other more important tasks.

No longer will you spend time in Salesforce updating an opportunity, clicking save, and seeing the dreaded "Marketo sync user made changes, please refresh" and redoing the whole thing. Everything is updated in realtime from an interface that's awesome - notes can be shared between SDRs and AE (or any teammates) and linked directly to Salesforce. You can update individual opportunities or your entire pipeline in a spreadsheet-style view. Game changing.

As of writing this there is a kink when using the arrow key to navigate the cells it sometimes gets stuck, but otherwise very helpful.
