An extension to monitor the network staus of your Google Wifi (or OnHub) router, checking for connectivity, uptime, changes in WAN IP, and more.
This polls the status API (generally at http://testwifi.here/api/v1/status) every minute upon startup.
The following changes are detected:
- Loss of internet connection
- Software update available/applied
- Uptime changes
- Link state changes
- WAN IP / DNS changes
Notifications are provided via the Notifications API, and can be configured in the extension options.

- (2022-10-12) Mike Kenning: Worked immediately for my Nest WiFi router (Model AC-1304) without having to define any hostnames. I would like a feature to also monitor each Nest mesh / WiFi repeater point in the network (ie. allow the user to configure the IP addresses of each of the points).

- (2021-12-21) Grey Greyson: This would be cool if it worked... I have a onhub that is used as an access point. I have set both onhub.here and testwifi.here hostnames for my onhub's local ip and can access several of the status URLs from my browser, but this tool still doesn't update with any information :/
