Simply make each tab url unique with a refresh option as you navigate the web.

Friendly interface of being able to turn on or off the extension, whether to refresh the tab when a duplicate tab is found, and whitelist urls to not have the extension run on these urls.
- Notes:
• When a duplicate tab url is detected, the extension keeps and moves the existing tab to the same position as the duplicate, newly created tab while it removes the duplicated tabs
• Urls considered for equality ignores everything after the last hashtag in the url
• Turning "Power" off then on does not remove duplicate urls right away but works on further tab urls are updated
• Consider turning "Refresh Tabs" off to avoid data loss
• Turning "Run This Url" off then on removes all duplicate urls, if any, except for the current tab

- (2019-10-09) Cherng-Yann Ing: Great extension! I only have one suggestion, which is very important to me. If a newly opened tab contains the same URL of an existing tab, but with "different hashtag", I would like the existing tab to be opened "AND ALSO" navigate to the new hashtag. You see in Google Doc when a document is large, opening a new tab is very costly. If you have to jump among multiple bookmarks (which is implemented as URL hashtags), this feature will be for great help!
