For the scenarios, when you watch multiple online live shows(eg nbaćgame live broadcast), you can easily to mute other tabs which you unfocused currently by using this.

worth noting, that the one unmuted, is always the current, meaning it's not just single voice, but no voice when going to a tab that doesn't even have media. Also it just mutes other tabs while they keep playing. /rant - Why is there not a single extension that pause the unfocused stream, btw.
