  • (2024-02-06) Klaudia K: This works about half the time. I've started screenshotting my confirmed order page with the Qantas shopping extension showing it's tracking so I can argue for any missing points, but they refuse to help. I would highly not recommend.
  • (2023-09-11) Vincent Hu: Never worked, also inject code to html header so it breaks websites
  • (2023-07-10) Roy Liao: It breaks the website: https://www.react-spring.dev/docs Both Firefox and Chrome. It took me 1 hr to figure out. Very bad.
  • (2023-05-29) Jason Lau: This extension has failed to work for ages and when you ask Qantas to claim the points they say it is your fault. If this is the only way they can track your purchases, why offer the extension? 1. Start at Qantas Shopping (shopping.qantas.com) every time 2. Login with your Frequent Flyer details 3. Have your cookies enabled (www.qantas.com/au/en/support/manage-cookies.html) and don’t click out to other websites before finishing your transaction
  • (2023-05-28) k168958: Used to work an absolute treat...but just stopped working the past few weeks. Dissapointing!
  • (2023-05-28) Jane Sykes: This just doesn't work. I am really diligent about clicking through and regularly shop through retailers but it's been ages since I actually got any of the points.
  • (2023-03-27) Freya Coates-Hutchinson: Worked fine and then just stopped working, super annoying miss out on points all the time because i think its working but turns out it never registered the site.
  • (2023-01-31) Stevie Pederson: Simply doesn't work. Collects your data but never gives you points. This is predatory data harvesting for no benefit.
  • (2022-11-28) Selena Markantonakis: It was working really well and then all of a sudden stopped working one day. I've tried deleting it and redownloading, clearing my cache. Not sure what else to do and the Qantas support team never got back to me.
  • (2022-10-13) Phillip Sadler: I used this on my old computer & it worked fine, except for the fact that it blocked out items on the website screen & the tracker screen could not be moved { as stated but plenty of users }. It seems that from 2021 up to today this still applies, as well as that everyone is saying it does not track purchases & QFF points are not received. Also it is disappointing to see that contacting Qantas to get points missed is useless & does not achieve anything. It seems like Qantas need to work on it to get it working properly like it used to a few years ago, instead of leaving it in the " Too Hard Tray ". Recently updated my computer & forgot to install this again until today. I am hoping that things have improved with this, although only time will tell. C U L8R Phil
  • (2022-09-14) Koo Mae: Doesn't work, there is no tracking back to qantas it's a Scam
  • (2022-08-22) Joyce Sueko: Qantas doesn't track the purchases made only by the use of the plugin. They only will track if you use the website. So this plugin is completely useless. Avoid installing it on your browser.
  • (2022-04-20) Shaun O'Neill: For some reason some sites dont track at all (City Perfume as an example) and other's start tracking then you go to check out and it stops tracking (Sunglass Hut - well at least it seems to stop tracking according to the chrome add on and little pop up disappears) Emailed the Qantas Shopping team the issue and they responded without actually answering my question... just a copy and paste job....there customer service is awful across the board when it comes to frequent flyer points...they don't actually listed and just have templates they send. I literally have a 92 email thread with them chasing up some frequent flyer points from a flight....
  • (2022-02-18) VFA: So i just read that the stores pay qantas fees for this which explains why my points are missing, possibly the stores are not declaring them to qantas. qantas help - phone and email are of absolutely no help, long long waits on the phone, put through to many many different departments before being hung up on. They ask for receipts showing how i paid - i used my qantas mastercard!! but that evidence is not good enough. i use the tracker which sole purpose is to track points, i use it religiously and yet points do not appear from certain retailers. I'm extremely disappointed.
  • (2021-12-28) Tia Bee: Points never go through & when you email Qantas, you end up in a loop of "please attach this information" 4 times in a row, (which you do every time, it's like they dont read the email and are probably a bot) then end up giving up
  • (2021-07-24) Chris Marston: Works 50% of the time. If that. I constantly have to contact Qantas and then they reject legitimate purchases when using this tracker. It should be seamless. It's just not.
  • (2021-05-13) Lance Redpath: It is missing points and following up missing points is annoying. This needs more work.
  • (2021-03-25) Selina Becher: Does what it says on the box. You do have to remember to tap the box that pops up to start tracking (which I've forgotten a couple of times), but otherwise works well. It also shows in Google results which brands earn you points which is a good reminder
  • (2021-03-07) Mel Chappell-King: I am earning more points using the points tracker - I have been visiting sites that I wasn't aware had QFF points to earn & the tracker popped up to let me know, which was helpful. Now just to get a similar thing working from a mobile device - I make most ebay purchases on something other than a desktop.
  • (2021-02-23) Jen Adams: Only about 1 in 5 purchases on Ebay actually get acknowledged by Qantas. I have lost thousands of points due to this. Trying to get your missing points is like getting blood out of a stone the process is so drawn out and then they deny you what should be given. It is all very hit and miss with Ebay purchases.
  • (2021-02-08) Caleb Munro: I would not bother you don't earn enough points with Qantas !!!
  • (2020-12-28) Michelle Barraclough: Love it with Covid19 I've been shopping online constantly earned so many points.
  • (2020-12-16) Kylie Connell: Love having the points tracker reminder only issue is that it frequently blocks the shopping carts on pages I visit and you can't move the window. A wee bug but I can usually get around it.
  • (2020-12-06) STHT: Easy to install, and the prompters tell you exactly what to do. And Qantas keeps you in the loop all the time. It's excellent and so handy! Love this extension.
  • (2020-12-01) Vlasta Kajer: I like to get extra points, my only problem with it is that it's in top right corner and I can't login or see a shopping cart. It would be good if I could move it around.
  • (2020-11-05) Wayne Miller: I love it....anything that gives me extra points is wonderful...If you love shopping on eBay then is a no brainer to install
  • (2020-10-16) Michael Barnes: Easy way to add points to the reward programme. 5 Stars from me.
  • (2020-10-05) Leonie Parsons: Every time the points tracker pops up it covers the Checkout Bag or Checkout Box - so to actually go to the Checkout and make my final payment etc. is impossible as I have to cross off the points tracker to get to the Checkout Bag. I am assuming that X-ing it out or crossing it off cancels the allocation of points? Maybe you could advise what crossing off the points tracker does. Thank you.
  • (2020-09-20) Simone Vieira: Very good for tracking my online shopping and earn Qantas points.
  • (2020-09-14) Toucan2: I find the Points Prompter very useful as I wouldn't bother to constantly go into the Qantas shop and look for a store. It's a bit annoying that the points prompter sits over the menu. I have to close the points prompter to access the menu and then I am never quite sure that my purchase is being tracked.
  • (2020-08-24) Jane Mason: I love the Point Prompter and have shared it with everyone. But i agree I would love to see a tracker of what I purchased and how many points I gained using it linked to my Qantas account, app etc. I would like an easy point to what stores are on the tracker. The little notification comes up which is great, but I am never quite clear if it is tracking automatically, if I have to click on it etc
  • (2020-08-07) Steve Townsend: It's great. As a lot of my purchases are done online, I know instantly if I'm getting points.
  • (2020-08-06) Sue Lonsdale: I love it....anything that gives me extra points is wonderful. I am not sure if it is hit and miss it seems to work for me. Thank you Qantas.
  • (2020-08-04) Kylie Glenane: Great to have the points tracker pop up as I am shopping, earning more points I may well have missed!
  • (2020-08-04) Richard Hunt: This is a good idea however when i first used this i was not aware that you needed to click the earn Qantas points, as it popped up on the screen i assumed that it was tracking this, missed out on 500 points
  • (2020-07-14) Kris Pate: I am earning more points having the "points tracker". I have shopped at sites I didn't know had points to earn & the tracker pops up to let me know. Well worth it!! Very Happy I have it.
  • (2020-03-31) Roslyn Meyer: I love having the prompter as otherwise I wouldn't be bothered checking if a store offered points - I have therefore earned a load of points I would not have otherwise. The only thing that is slightly annoying is when the prompt comes up and you click Track points it takes you back to the homepage of the site you are on rather than the product you were specifically looking at - but only a minor thing.
  • (2020-03-22) Genevieve Jeny: The concept is excellent but it would be nice to be able to move it around the screen. Often it's covering something I need to see.
  • (2020-02-27) SSSWebsites: Works well.
  • (2020-02-25) Lorraine Heaven: Fantastic app. I'd never remember without it.
  • (2020-02-24) Cynthia Lee: Fantastic.I can now track my order and get points
  • (2020-02-19) Itamar Amith: Works okay, but keeps on popping up ads as chrome notifications, without an option to disable it. Not worth it.
  • (2020-02-14) Rosalie Livingstone: Working fine except it no longer works for Woolworths.
  • (2020-02-13) Addam Abrahams: Able to track all my spending habits across all my devices! The only thing it doesn't do is track my spending directly though the iconic's app which I think would be an aswesome next step ;)
  • (2020-02-11) Kelly March: Really like the prompter app itself and generally happy with it. Must admit to still waiting for purchase points from The Good Guys and other retailers about 3800 points starting from last July which are supposed to be calculated within 3 months max.
  • (2020-02-09) Lee Riley: Has Woolworths withdrawn their support for this app? It no longer recognises the site which is really frustrating.
  • (2020-01-13) Terraneo Tez: It has worked perfectly so far...I read that not all of QANTAS' "stores" support it so I was prepared. I have the QANTAS store link bookmarked and go through there if I am not prompted. Will keep using it.
  • (2019-12-29) Sandra Bell: I doubt very much that this is extension is working I guess we'll see? My experience with everything Qantas has been so very disappointing in the last year that I no longer actually have words to describe it. I have lodged many calls & emails with customer service/loyalty & travel money departments, your Facebook team over and over since June 4th this year and STILL you have not helped me. My most recent reference number is: Qantas Loyalty - SR2808189 with travel money Manager Aldwin with promised to call me back - I have now been waiting over 2 weeks again! Considering this is a serious security breach of mine and I am sure, many other people's accounts I think it's time for the Financial Ombudsman to hear about this and also the media. Please, don't reply asking me to contact you after everything you have put me through - that's just rude. You know how to reach me - it's been six months now. I am simply bereft. Either fix this or tell me that you are not going to bother to fix it so I can move on please. Sandra Melbourne Australia
  • (2019-11-20) D. Nick Milano: I use this extension all the time. It works 50% of the time. I ordered a laptop from Apple in June of 2019. I'm owed 10,000 points for this purchase. I raised it with customer service. I get an email every week saying "we are waiting for apple" still no points. I bought two monitors from Dell on two different days. I received points for one purchase (also in June) and not for the other purchase. Be careful using this extension with purchases from Apple. I suspect there is a bug when Apple asks you to log into your Apple ID to completed the purchase the extension stops tracking the purchase. So now SIX months later I'm still waiting for my 10,000 points.
  • (2019-11-19) Shani Hartley: I'm loving the points tracker. I'd never remember otherwise!
